Matty Madonna was made in the late 1990s or 2001 and theb promotes to Captain and then Acting Boss of the Lucchese Family by the late 2000s. John Spirito Jr was made sometime around 2009 and then by 2014 held some sort of admin position before being shelved.

Wasn't phony Ralph Natale was the recognized Official Boss of Philadelphia. His claim of being made by Angelo Bruno and Carlo Gambino is a complete lie.
