In dutch slang we called an Italian "spaghettivreter".
In French, we call Italians "Ritals" or "Macaroni".
Ritals is supposed to be the abbreviation of "Réfugiés Italiens" (Italian refugees) which was the official terms for the Italian immigrant who went to France to work.
