If I am not mistaken BMF is allied with the Profit Boyz which would make them part of the red street gang. The profit boys are having disputes with their rivals in the east. The Pelletier shooting at his (Quebec region) residence happened a week before the attempted murder on Leonardo Rizzuto; charged were Rochebrun & Barthelemy who are members of the reds as well.
Amidst all this confusion and weakening of the Rizzuto's, I believe all three groups: street gangs, Bikers and Rizzuto rivals are restructuring themselves with the aims of strengthening their base.
