John Pennisi said George Zappola was going to be given a admin spot but he was still on paper so they put in as the Jersey Captain. John Pennisi has since said Zappola is no longer the Captain in Jersey but was put in as the Brooklyn Captain.
John Pennisi has also said Patty DelloRusso is no longer the Underboss but is keeping his new position under wraps. But in a filing for Matty Madonna's appeal it was noted per the FBI that Patty DellaoRusso was the Consigliere as of December 2021.

The most interesting crew is the old Prince Street crew which consisted of over 30 soldiers not that long ago. They were like a mini family. I have no idea what came of that crew once Dom passed, but those guys are somewhere lol
