Wasn't really a demotion. He's the Consigliere or that's the last we know him as. The info is a couple years old now so its possible there's been yet another change up.

Interesting, I don't remember Pennisi saying Zappola was over Brooklyn. I believe it was always said Andrew DiSimone was consigliere and presumably still is, Patty was "acting underboss" but then there was talk about Zappola having a position but I guess that never happened
