Looks like this information came from an Anthony Ruggiano youtube video, I saw it yesterday. He said he knew him and then referred to him as underboss, and very possible he would be privy to this type of info. Part of that set of guys and presumably close to Mike DeSantis so it is believable. Personally I thought George Zappola would have the position by now but it's said he's running Jersey
