Petey Cap was giving Manna’s wife 2500 a week, later that was reduced to $850 a week. In 1998 he started giving that money to Joseph Scarborough.

Old post but in the cop Joe Coffey's book says that Scarborough was one of Sal Briguglio killers.
Apparently, Tony Pro, Briguglio and Matty the horse left a mulberry st restaurant, right then a car pulls up blasting SB. Scarborough gets out and delivers the coup de grace.
Bit strange that 2 heavyweight like Pro and MI would put themselves at the scene.
