Yes you are correct, there was a Journal de Montreal article in December 2023 mentioning that he has been spending most of his time in Toronto and little in Montreal. He has also been known to frequent Ottawa as well. They seem to have a hard time tracking him down at times. That is why they call him the "Ghost". As for Toronto he may be playing a bigger role or he weighed his risks . There is a greater chance of getting shot in Montreal (the wild west) than in Toronto . LOL
