No, I highly doubt they would give a shit about his daughter anymore. They might do something for a fee.
I think he is still very respected, and he died in prison under the toughest circumstances. Plenty of people still around remember that. I just doubt they could do much these days. If they told a guy to leave her alone, he'd call the FBI and say he is being threatened by the Mafia. He'd be portrayed as an innocent victim, and whoever tried to help would go to prison.
Or you would just send someone in who doesnt give a fuck about jail time and beat the fuck out of the person. With the liberal judges in New York, you may serve 6 months max for assault at the most.
Im so sick of these guys who are afraid of doing a little time to send a message. Get a guy who has a clean record and is a psycho. Its a win win. Knock the fuckers teeth out, break their legs and thats that. No judge in New York City is gonna sentence you longer than half a year.
