S many people are angry with Merlino, but many would praise John Pennissi or Michael DiLeonardo. Merlino is real, he is not always likable, but I think he is truthful most of the time, way more than anyone doing podcasts.
I’m not on any side or anything I enjoy it all but I would say as someone who cannot ever talk about the mafia merlino is in a position where he probably has to say the least and therefore lie or withhold truth the most. Rats have already laid it all bare so have nothing left to hide (assuming there are things they did not hide)
