"Alphonse D'Arco, the former acting boss of the Lucchese crime family. D'Arco recounted a 1991 conversation in which Spero stated that family members of mob informants, including children, should be murdered in retaliation."

Who the fuck orders the execution of innocent children? This is against the rules isnt it?

Yeah that’s disgusting but sadly not the first time that has happened in that world.

Yeah he's scum

And my friend Hollander often has him for an avatar. Very troubling

An uncle of mine explained to me the reality of the mob is that they will kill children if they feel its necessary. Its not just the cartels that do it.

But I've often heard people talk about how the cartels are so ruthless and badass when they do it, yet when a mobster even mentions it he gets a thread like this.

Riina ordered to kill all his enemies family members same thing for the rat thats Cosa Nostra. The US mobsters foesnt have the balls to kill like the sicilians.
Apart Casso that ordered to kill Chiodo sister for avoid fat pete flipping.

In Italy they sometimes killed the oldest sons to prevent they would take revenge later on, it has been part of bloodfeuds/vendetta.

I do think vendetta is mostly a thing of the past, but it still excist for example in Montenegro or Corsica.

How can we believe Alphonse D'Arco, the guy seemed like a typical lying rat, taking his anger out after going into witness protection. His story of what happened in the hotel room where he claims they were going to kill him is pretty unbelievable. We shouldn't use a rat like D'Arco to condemn Anthony Spero was a potential child killer. And please, enough with Rinn and Sicilian or gangs in Italy, or cartels. Spero was in the American Mafia, a different mob and different type of mob, get that straight one day.

This is all based on if in fact what he said was true.
