Here's a thought:

We all know nobody wants a murder pinned on them these days: would it be sufficient with a worm like Borrello just to give him an epic beatdown and/or leave him in humiliating circumstances like the John Alite strip club incident?

Do they even have to *kill* him, or would public humiliation of this kind not be sufficient in today's day and age? Beat him to a pulp, strip him bare and send him walking down 18th Avenue buck naked. Surely the mob can still affect that.
