Stefano used to put people in meat grinders while they were still alive? Is this true?
Im not sure but I think similar info came from Outfit associate and informer Charles Crimaldi, although I think he said that DeStefano was putting already dead victims through a meat grinder. On the other hand, most of DeStefanos victims were always found by the cops with signs of brutal torture, so I personally never came across a statement regarding some of DeStefanos victims being found in the form of minced meat, although you cannot be 100% sure.
