Pennisi would probably have the most interesting input to the matter. Although he didn't know Senter, he knows the current Lucchese bosses and could tell what they would expect from a guy like Anthony Senter coming out of jail.

Interestingly, these last years, the Lucchese has been dealing with key members coming back to the streets (DeSantis, Dellorusso, Gallione). Pennisi talked about it and how it changed the dynamics of the Family.
