Since this is the closest post to a Canadian Hells Angels post does anyone know who the National President is in Canada? Someone must've taken over after Walter Stadnick and it was probably someone from outside of Quebec since most Quebec Hells Angels were locked up.

You're right about Billy Miller and Gerald Ward I had forgot about them. Some Canadian chapters don't display their positions on their vest anymore so identifying who holds what is difficult nowadays. Quebec Ontario and British Columbia are the hotbeds for the club in Canada and I think whoever holds the position comes from one of those provinces.
Martin Robert from Montreal has been labeled the most influential member in Canada. I've never seen him called the Montreal President but he could definitely hold the position on top of being the National President. Walter Stadnick is free and off parole in the Hamilton chapter so it could be possible he regained his spot at the top. Donald Stockford is out in Sherbrooke and off parole. I don't know who in BC could hold it they are very active but attract less attention than their fellow club members in the other provinces I mentioned even though BC is probably the more violent/volatile places for the Hells Angels. I know they also have close ties to chapters down the west coast of the US.
Thinking outside the box there's a prominent Hells Angel outside of the provinces above that is plugged in across the country and to US chapters maybe he holds it.

Restaurant frequented by Hells Angels and people linked to the mafia closed for 25 days October 12, 2023 Article content A restaurant in the Rivière-des-Prairies—Pointe-aux-Trembles borough was ordered to close its doors for 25 days because it was frequented by members of the Hells Angels and people linked to the mafia for the worst moments of COVID-19. pandemic, when all establishments were supposed to be closed. The Prima Luna restaurant received the order from the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux in mid-September. The court ordered that the suspension of the restaurant's license would take effect at the time its alcohol selection was placed under seal. Article content At a hearing on the matter, the liquor corporation was told that officers saw several organized crime figures in the restaurant at times when all restaurants had been ordered to close as part of health measures aimed at to prevent the spread of COVID-19. At other times, restaurants in the city were only allowed to deliver food. Among those with whom police clashed were Francesco Del Balso, the Montreal mafia boss killed in the West Island in June, as well as Martin Robert and Stéphane Plouffe, two members of the Hells Angels whose houses were recently searched as part of an investigation into drug trafficking led by the Sûreté du Québec. According to the Régie's decision, the first significant event occurred on December 20, 2020, when all restaurants in Montreal were supposed to be closed. Police noticed several vehicles parked in front of Prima Luna. “When the police arrived, the vehicles left the parking lot, but three of them were intercepted. The police identified the people behind the wheel and recognized one of them as a criminal,” the liquor board wrote in its lengthy decision. Article content On February 27, 2021, several videos posted to Instagram showed 11 people sitting down for a meal inside the restaurant. When police reviewed the videos, they learned that three of those present had criminal records, including one full member of the Hells Angels. On May 29, 2021, while restaurants were still closed, police found inside Prima Luna 35 people gathered to celebrate the birthday of Michel Lamontagne, another full member of the Hells Angels. Thirteen were identified as being known by Montreal police to have ties to organized crime. Among them were Plouffe, Robert and Del Balso. “These individuals have criminal records including gangsterism, weapons, violence, conspiracy to murder, drugs, arson, dangerous driving and tobacco smuggling,” the liquor corporation noted. Lamontagne, now 47, was charged with possessing a loaded firearm at the restaurant, but the charge was dropped last year. While the case was before the court, the restaurant's lawyer argued that the owner did not know that the people eating at her establishment were members of organized crime groups. The owner refused to testify in court. “The license holder's lawyer argues that the identity or knowledge of the people linked to organized crime and present in the establishment was unknown to her, as well as to her manager. To this, the court responds that this should have been heard from the mouth of the owner's manager (in court). Furthermore, knowledge by the holder of the identity of people linked to organized crime or their situation with regard to their criminal record is not mandatory to conclude that there has been a breach of this nature,” the commission ruled. “Moreover, the court is skeptical of this argument. » https://actualnewsmagazine.com/un-r...liees-a-la-mafia-ferme-pendant-25-jours/

When he was arrested Montreal Gazette mentioned Martin Daze is close to the Hells Angels and Mafia but didn't specifically name anyone. The Gazette also wrote his name as Patrick Daze and oddly still haven't changed it to Martin Daze. Maybe Giuseppe Focarazzo wasn't specifically named since he wasn't involved in the investigation or they didn't want to continue writing the same info over.
In the March 2022 articles that came out when his house and Frederic Lavie's houses were searched LaPresse did write of Martin Daze's association with Giuseppe Focarazzo.
I get the point you're making but I would agree you're probably reading too much into it. A lot of associations go unreported in articles even close ones and on the other side of that a lot of associations go into these articles even if they're distant or dated.

Quebec City traffickers no longer want to pay the 10% "tax" to the Hells Angels This conflict could be the cause of at least three violent events in the capital, including a murder There is a big war in Quebec City right now, "says without hesitation a police source, who is not allowed to talk to the media. According to the thesis favored by the police forces, this situation would result from a conflict between David "Pic" Turmel, the head of the Blood Mafia Family (or BMF), and Mathieu Pelletier, a member in good standing of the Hells Angels, whose father, Marc, is one of the Hells who founded the gang chapter in Quebec City in 1988. "Hells sales tax" The rule is that all trafficker networks - whether or not they are led by the Hells Angels - systematically pay a "tax" representing 10% of their revenues to be able to operate in the territory controlled by bikers. This would be the first time that a gang has dared to rub shoulders with the Hells since the end of the motorcycle war, which pitted the "angels of hell" against the Rock Machine for control of the Quebec drug market and which killed more than 165 people between 1994 and 2001. The current situation is all the more surprising since our Bureau of Investigation revealed, in the spring, that the Hells Angels exercised a "total grip" on the drug market in Quebec City and that settling of accounts related to narcotics were rare there. The "Quebec city" chapter, which last May marked its 35th anniversary, has become a family business that is passed on from one generation to another, according to police intelligence services. THE BLOOD MAFIA FAMILY (BMF) The Blood Mafia Family is known to the police as a "red" street gang very active in drug trafficking on the South Shore of Quebec. Its members have close ties with those of the Montreal gang Profits Boys, which the authorities have identified among the main responsible for the outbreak of armed violence in the northeast of the metropolis since 2019. https://www.journaldequebec.com/202...s-payer-la--taxe--de-10-aux-hells-angels

Mysterious fires destroy warehouses Quebec and Montreal) Investigators from the Sûreté du Québec are trying to elucidate two suspicious fires that occurred in less than a month in Beauce warehouses. According to police sources, the blaze could result from a conflict raging in the Capitale-Nationale between factions of organized crime. He would pit the member in good standing of the Hells Angels of Quebec Mathieu Pelletier against an independent trafficker nicknamed David "Pic" Turmel. Turmel would have refused since the pandemic to source cocaine from the Hells Angels, thus depriving bikers of a significant source of income. Turmel, who would have links with "red" allegiance street gangs, would now buy drugs from Montreal street gangs. https://www.lapresse.ca/actualites/...x-incendies-detruisent-des-entrepots.php

So the Hells will have their hands full if the other gangs start doing the same thing. I am somewhat confused about who is supplying the drugs to Montreal street gangs because the article mentions "Turmel, who allegedly has ties to “red” street gangs, would now buy drugs from Montreal. street gangs." Is it the Mafia, Ndrangheta or Mexicans ?. And will this affect the drug prices on the streets ?

Is it the Mafia, Ndrangheta or Mexicans ?. And will this affect the drug prices on the streets ? It could be with the mafia or the are doing it themself. Its known in montreal that the bloods work eith the mafia in the drug game, but its also known that the bloods import there own drugs from Haiti. Bernard ti pon , the leader of the Pelletier gang (first canadian street gang to be convict of gangsterism) import cocaine himself. Here are some articles about the montreal esstside bloods and drugs. Squash stuffed with cocaine Until recently, street gangs had an accredited accomplice in the most nerve-prone areas of Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau Airport, who helped organize the importation of cocaine between Haiti and Montreal, believes the RCMP. Investigators discovered that the 45-year-old mechanic, a Canadian Forces veteran, had "relationships" with a member of the Bo-Gars gang who openly boasted of importing kilos of cocaine at the airport and whose close friend had been arrested in possession of 1.5 kilos of cocaine while returning from Haiti on a humanitarian flight, after the 2010 earthquake. According to the police, the mechanic also had links with another member of a Montreal gang in the "Red" family, the alliance of which the Bo-Gars are part. This other criminal had already been identified as a mule recruiter to move drugs from Haiti to Montreal. When they questioned the mechanic, he had difficulty explaining a payment of $25,000 that had passed through his account at that time. He also admitted to knowing the mule stopped with the squash. https://www.lapresse.ca/actualites/...3063-des-courges-bourrees-de-cocaine.php

Haiti and drugs Because of their special links with Haiti, some Montreal street gang businessmen frequent the island's traffickers and organize the import of narcotics from Haiti to Canada. This has increased since the deportation, because of their criminal activities, of some of the gang members from northern Montreal to Port-au-Prince. "They reorganize in Port-au-Prince and maintain contacts with their gang in Canada," confirms Mario Andrésol. They recruit more young people from the Haitian community in Montreal to transport drugs, such as Barbara Exhumé. Because she wanted to bring back a kilo of cocaine to Canada, the young Montrealer languishes in an overcrowded prison in Port-au-Prince. She was supposed to receive $3,000, but she was instead sentenced to 12 years in prison and a fine of $30,000. She prefers to silence the names of those for whom she worked, because of the danger she would incur. Even if drug trafficking by mules is important, it is nothing compared to what passes by container, boat or plane. Three-quarters of the cocaine seized at Montreal airport came from Haiti, it was learned in an RCMP document made public last month. More and more businessmen linked to street gangs are having properties built on the beautiful side of the Port-au-Prince hill, in the Vivi Michel district, which is expanding. https://ici.radio-canada.ca/nouvelle/324554/gangs-haiti
