The HA theory is a very valid one but there is another theory floating out there that Frederick Silva is talking and being investigating in numerous murders. It is alleged that Frederick did some hits for both the Mafia and Ha. Felix Sequin , a journalist , thinks that Woolley's murder may have been a purge by leaders of one or either group to protect themselves from this possible upcoming investigation. It is also alleged that Woolley played a part in some of those murders.
