Senter is a surname from Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol a part of the Italy where the majority of population speak german. So yes is italian but sound italian. The people from trentino are motherfuckers that hate the italian speaking people and dream to joint the Austria. Mussolini treated them to send them in Sicily for replace them with true italians unfortunately this doesnt happen.
