All I have to say is if Senter and Testa are paroled at a far younger age then Bobby Manna, its a farce....
Bobby Manna is in his 90's, didn't kill young, innocent girls, and yet they'll release these lowlifes who are much younger, just because they didn't have the title that Manna had ??
I understand what the legal argument is supposed to be, but it makes no sense when it comes to Senter (or Testa). NONE! Every single person with a functioning brain should be absolutely shocked by this. If they can let these guys out, they can let anybody out. This should give every serial killer hope. What a wonderful beautiful country
