That's not how it's done. If he was a smooth operator, he would've left with a smile, and two weeks later had them attacked. I would actually find that much more intimidating and effective.
He was probably high on cocaine and drunk. Apparently his crew is one of the strongest and he is pretty wealthy. Too bad he is a loose cannon.
