Good point DB. They're really not getting much time nowadays, unless it involves drugs or violence. Everything you said actually supports the claim that the only reason Nicky Scarfo Jr and Sal Pelullo got so much time is because of who Scarfo Jr's father was. Many other mobsters have received less than 10 years for the same type of crimes.
