It’s brilliant. Joey doesn’t give a fuck what a bunch of people on an Internet forum or in YouTube comments think of him. He’s got a path to live a great lifestyle. Everybody already knows what he is and that life is on its deathbed. If he’s lucky nobody flips on stuff where the statute of limitations isn’t up and he won’t waste another minute of his life in a cell.
