Thats a very good question, TD. Truthfully, I've never heard of any of these guys.
It seems Moro was first in Buffalo and later in LA,. Later he ended up in Chicago and to become a "big man" in Chicago during the 1930s means that Moro probably had big connections in the Outfit and his connection to Roselli makes me think that Moro was directly connected to Ricca. Also it seems he later went to Canada....one quite mysterious individual lol
