When did Thomas Gambino get inducted? Did he get made while Carlo was alive or was he made under Castellano??
Also off topic; Do anyone have more Information about Frances Lucchese? And her relationship with Thomas Lucchese (her father)? And to a lesser extent Carlo Gambino.
