I honestly think Joey stepped down and someone else is running Philly. He may be getting a kick up but thats it.
He hasn't been running Philly for years. There is absolutely no way that someone like George Borgesi would funnel money to him while he just relaxes in Florida lol. When Joey was still on supervised release, it made sense to be in Florida. That was years ago
I kind of disagree. Merlino was the boss for years and did a lot of time. He was also respected by NY. I tend to think he gets something.
