Marijuana is becoming legal, yet there's still huge marijuana-trafficking rings. As I've said before, still a lot of organized crime involvement in the trafficking of untaxed cigarettes. And let's face it, many drugs out there will never be as legal and readily available as alcohol and tobacco.
