For the other EU countries the 41 bis is just a human rights violation but how explain what the daily damages made by the mafias to Italy a countries like Belgium or Holland that have no huge problems with the OC?
I wouldn't say Netherlands doesn't have OC problem, they have huge problems regarding organized crime in the past 4-5 years.
In the past 4-5! In italy we fight from an half centy and I dont think in Holland there nothingcthat can be compared with Mafia,Camorra and Ndrangheta.
