In fact, with their close relation to the Albanian clans, the Italian mob already owns many lucrative restaurants around Rome and the Albanians usually act as frontmen. Ill never forget one funny statement which was made by one Albanian frontman in Rome regarding the Italian Mafia and it went something like "We work all day while the Mafiiosi always sleep and dont do anything! No Mafia here!" Lol
