I have been saying this for many years .

The consigliere need to have a crew that gets kicked up to from rest of the family. This crew lead by the consigliere their sole job is to watch the other crews .

Several members in this crew need to be professionally trained on lie detector machine amongst other things .

If this crew doesn’t have to hustle and scam their time is spent just like the feds learning and keeping track of what every member says is correct and this wil make the money flow up . Mostly because guys will have everything on record and they will know that they are being watched by someone other then feds.

Now this sounds crazy but something like this has to happen if not already happening .
