Yes, but it is out of production and extremely rare. There are used VHS copies on amazon, but they run from about 40-90 dollars, depending on condition.

As far as my knowledge goes, there is no official DVD, however there are many pirated DVD editions that can be found on e-bay occasionally, which go fast for big money.
