Paul "The Waiter" Ricca got his nickname first while working as a waiter in some New York restaurant (possibly in Brooklyn), and later also worked as waiter at Diamond Joe's Bella Napoli Cafe on Chicago's west side. Theres one legend or story from the old days regarding some "unknown" NY mobster who was making fun of Ricca's nickname and allegedly constantly forced young Ricca to pour him more wine. In the end that same NY guy was found with his head cut off, including his two arms and legs. In plane words the cops found only his torso packed in a suitcase. The killing with a sharp knife was allegedly one of the "rituals" for the old Cammoristi while defending their honor.
Mongol General: Conan, what is best in life?
Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentations of their women.
