I was reading the book " the Last Mafioso" and Johnny Roselli Is complaining how Chicago and The 5 NYC Families consolidated Their power by getting rid of the "old timers like Scalish Zerelli Maggadino Bruno" Does anyone have any insight on why the Commission downsized Membership in the 1st place?
