I have one additional information regarding Eto also going to Honolulu allegedly regarding their horse race operations. John Masakatsu Kunitake was a Japanese-American born in Kono, Hawaii and was allegedly associate of Eto and the gang. Kunitake's girlfriend was one Mona Matoba who in turn operated one of Eto's restaurants in Chicago where Kunitake often met with the Eto. On top of that, both Eto and Kunitake were known for vacationing together in Hawaii.

Kunitake was in fact a jockey who rode racing horses at the Arlington Race Track which at the time was under the Outfit's jurisdiction. In 1971/72 Kunitake was involved in a bribery case on the racing track, meaning they were fixing races. Kunitake's lawyer was Outfit associate George Bieber.
