@Big_Tuna93...well as you can see it was quite expensive land and interesting to note is that during 1948/49 Battaglia allegedly still didnt have his own crew at the time (according to the current evidences which we have) but obviously he had the money to buy it. So I wonder if he was a top notch money maker or maybe he was financed by other guys too....
