Sinti (masculine Sinto, feminine Sintezza) is a name for a nomadic people. Although most Sinti see themselves as a separate ethnic group, they are one of the five Roma tribes. The Roma (plural of Rom), often called gypsies in everyday language, are originally a nomadic people. They are mostly assimilated but also maintain their own culture they live throughout Europe.
