Both the CCP and the KMT uphold a one-China policy, but aside from that they're natural enemies.

A lot of Chinese organized crime in Europe these days is rooted in Fujian though, which is not a traditional Triad stronghold and has its own "snakehead" networks (that use gangs like Fuk Ching to enforce the criminal activities). It's possible that these networks have a bigger CCP influence, but I don't know for sure.

The CCP is also pretty tough on crime gang leaders are on a regular basis executed like Huang Hongfa a powerful boss in southern China since the late 1980s. He and his underlings ran illegal casinos and controlled officials using bribes or one of China richest gangsters Liu Han, a gang boss reportedly linked to disgraced former elite politician Zhou Yongkang.
