Who know if will be granted some compassionate releases at mobsters that havent a key roles in their families.

Thats true Furio. But many of these fellas have tried to overturn their convictions over the years, or have tried for "compassionate release" relief, with no success. So at this stage of the game, I'd say most of them are pretty much dead in the water. Especially guys who are so old they have one foot in the grave already.
