I believe Phil Rastelli got paroled in the 1970’s sometime; We barely here about what he was doing on the streets.
Do anyone have any pictures or heard of anything that he was doing out on the streets…. I think he may have been on the streets at one time in the 70’s while Galante was “Acting Boss or Captain.
You never hear about Carmine Persico when he was out from 1978/1979 -1981 on the streets either.
