I don’t know but when they moved in property values were down in 60’s ( but i am sure her family helped ) .
They didn’t buy the house next door till late 70’s possibly 80 .
O.K. Serp...but..records say that Nicky Sr. moved in around ' 63 or so...& there were survellience shots of the gang out front of 28 n. georgia ave....b4 the 80s.....".Phillips Apartments" was @ 28 Georgia av. back in the late 70s @ least...back when Vince Sausto had an insurance co. & the restaurant.
