If that possibly is a picture of his son he is innocent through this, and should not have his picture posted anywhere.
The way that young children especially teenagers get bullied on the internet these days is "GOD AWFUL"just because some other Jerk-off somewhere may have posted the pic on the internet does not make it right.
Oh please! This picture was taken in the '90s (a different century!) and no one can even see the kid's face. Like I said, the kid is probably 32 today. He could be a made guy by now lol. He could be dead. No one cares about that "kid" except you and maybe two more people
