I don't think all the bosses will ever meet at once again, but I can still see different bosses from different cities meeting at different locations across the country. Appalachian was so stupid, absolutely no reason for them to all take off running like that. Made zero sense.

"Commission Meetings" were regularly held to discuss business or pending problems, These were conducted for many many years, many decades in fact, without incident.
