Thanks Meyer. Pushed myself too hard and my right leg is extremely sore. I don't work out on Thursdays but looks like tomorrow I'm going to have to sit out to let it rest. Hopefully it starts to feel better soon because today was not fun at all!

Thanks DP. Went into the hot tub and sauna today, took some prescription strength ibuprofen, iced it for 10 minutes, and elevated it a bit. Felt better later in the morning. Can straighten it more without pain and a lot of the burning sensation is gone. Debating if I'm going to swim tomorrow or continue to treat it (as of now I'm leaning towards the treatment again but I hate not exercising).
