In the picture, Dom Grande is dressed casually yet decently, the kid with the blurred face too. Tuccio probably goofing off with the hat and cigar (no big deal) and he’s wearing a regular plain black shirt.
I don’t see where’s the issue.
Mobsters dress according to their age, era and environment. Just like everyone else. If these three guys were to attend a fancy dinner, a trial or a funeral they’d surely dress up differently.
