Sometimes, however, there is the impression that the term "Freemasonry" is used at random, by way of bogeyman. What is certain is that, in the face of facts that could destabilize the system, there are those who feel the duty to appeal to reasons of state, that is, to cover up. As long as there is room for areas of opacity, for underground powers, democracy will always be in danger.
