According to Frank Sheeran's book, Angelo Bruno was invested in some legitimate businesses in Delaware. Seems entirely plausible as it is only about an hour drive from Philadelphia.

Pasquale Amari ( he was in contact with Elizabeth, Kansas City, and Chicago family members), Giuseppe Caterinicchia ( he was in contact with Newark, Boston, and Gambino family members), Giacomo Spinelli, Giuseppe Tortorici ( he was in contact with Cleveland and Tampa family members). There are many. Also the only member in Wyoming was a member of the Colorado family who was a statesman. New Hampshire had a few members that belonged to Sicily but by late 1970s they moved back to Sicily and another moved to South America.
