What do we know of this guy?
All I know is he came up under Rava, he was close with Dellacroce. But it also seems like he might’ve been part of the white collar segment of the Family?
Anyone have any info?
There's some varying information on whether Toddo came up under Rava, some point to him being part of another Anastasia faction hence why he supported Gambino over Rava from the start.
