As for the story you posted, it exonerates Gigante. He did not start the fight, it's in your article.

He tried to break it up when he saw it--that is in your article.


He testified, but when they wanted him to sign a waiver, meaning they could charge him even though he was their witness!

So Rev. Gigante tried to break up a fight, and agreed to help the police, but you still want to say he is guilty of something. He is only guilty of being hated (For whatever reason) by you. You just put up evidence of his innocence.
