The Milan Public Prosecutor's Office asked for a total of over 380 years of imprisonment for 34 people accused in the shortened trial, in the Lombard tranche of a maxi investigation, also coordinated by the Dda of Reggio Calabria and Florence. Investigation that had inflicted a severe blow to the clan Molé-Piromalli with over 100 precautionary measures carried out throughout Italy.
In particular, prosecutors have asked for 20 years in prison for the historic boss in Lombardy Bartolomeo Iaconis , for Michelangelo Larosa and Michelangelo Belcastro.

Bartolomeo Iaconis , known as don Bartolo, 64 years old, originally from Giffone (Reggio Calabria), has been active in Como since the 90s. After serving 14 and a half years, he was again arrested by the Ros of Milan for a murder, that of Franco Mancuso, which took place in 2008 at the Arcobaleno bar in Bulgarello (Como) for which he was also sentenced to life imprisonment as principal. A crime that served to affirm, according to the judiciary, his supremacy over the territory after his release from prison.
