But if law enforcement is gonna start investigations and arrest anyone (which you damn well know they always do) then it should NOT be for "non-violent" "victimless" type crimes (which technically shouldn't even be a crime anymore since gambling is legal in almost every state of the union!). It's ludicrous and hypocritical IMO for people to get charged with something that everybody does nowadays and the government is condoning and has legalized the activity.
