I play poker in the back of a Cigar shop here in Scottsdale, it happens everywhere all over the US and I can sport bet from my phone in Arizona or buy weed at the nearly 1,000's of "dispensers around the state"
I hear ya. And I agree 100%...these types of arrests are getting sillier and sillier already. If these fellas are committing serious crimes, then do what you gotta do. But gambling related offenses? Really?
