Depending upon their personal involvement in this particular case, their prior criminal history, and how badly the feds actually want them based upon their status or perceived "positions" in OC, each of these defendants should get anywhere from simple probation and a fine, to maybe three-six months, a year-to-eighteen months, or possibly three, four, or tops - five years in the can. But that would be on the higher side of things. Because at the end of the day, despite any government posturing to the contrary, there was no actual violence in this case. Only alleged threats. Essentially it's a glorified gambling case.
